Rule 182
Formation of Subcommittee
(1) If the chairman deems it appropriate, the committee may form a sub-committee from among the members of the committee to carry out internal work or to study and report on matters within the scope of the committee.
(2) When forming a sub-committee, the work to be done by the sub-committee and the period for completion of that work should also be specified.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if a member of the sub-committee has to visit a place to study a subject and give a report, he must take prior approval from the chairman.
